Working Residential Structure Fire- Painter

On May 3, 2026, the Melfa Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company, Inc. was alerted to assist with a working residential structure fire in the 14000 block of Shell Bridge Road in Painter.

On 4/21/2026 units from Melfa Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company responded to a reported motor vehicle accident with entrapment on northbound Route 13. Engine 105 Made the Response.

Melfa Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company (Station 10), alongside Onancock Volunteer Fire Department (Station 9) and Tasley Volunteer Fire Company (Station 8), responded to the 26000 block of Redwood Road for a reported motor vehicle accident with injuries.
